How long does it take to receive my custom-made boots?
Each pair of Russell Moccasins is handcrafted to order. Current lead times for custom builds typically range from 16 to 20 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current artisan capacity.
Can I return boots that have been custom-made to my measurements?
Because custom-made boots are built specific to your unique foot measurements and leather preferences, they are non-returnable. We do, however, offer a fit guarantee and will work with you on adjustments if the fit is not perfect upon arrival.
What is the difference between 'Stock' and 'Custom' orders?
Stock items are pre-made in standard widths and sizes and are available for immediate shipping. Custom orders allow you to choose specific leathers, sole types, and provide individual foot measurements for a personalized fit.
Do you offer resoling and repair services?
Yes. We take pride in the longevity of our footwear. We offer a comprehensive refurbishment service, including resoling, stitching repair, and leather conditioning to ensure your boots last a lifetime.
How should I care for my leather moccasins?
We recommend cleaning off dirt with a damp cloth and applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. For water resistance, use a wax-based treatment compatible with the specific leather type of your boots.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our handcrafted footwear worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their respective countries.
